Searching for an executive coach to show you how to succeed?

Work with someone who’s been in your shoes.

I can help you navigate the road ahead.

Despite what you or your team have already achieved, you may have roadblocks such as…

  • challenges in establishing trust, commitment, and accountability on your team,

  • hitting a ceiling in performance,

  • walking on eggshells when delivering feedback, or

  • battling effective communication skills to inspire others

…which have you questioning what it takes to achieve more success.

Believe me, I get it because it happened to me as an executive, too. So, I invested in a coach and learned new skills and habits, allowing me to focus on my strengths while addressing the blind spots that were holding me and my team back.

I created a unique approach to evolve my own career from an executive leader to my dream job as an executive coach and certified mediator—and I can help you break through, too.

Curious | Authentic | Action-Oriented

I was a first-generation college student, and the first one in my family to enter the corporate world.

I didn’t have any mentors when I first started. I didn’t have many mentors even when I held upper management roles. I thought if I put the hard work into it, I’d get “there.” I’d find success. I’d be happy with my career and satisfied with my life.

Five years before I landed my position as a C-level executive, I started doing the inner work. I knew what was most important to me. But I still focused heavily on the title and the money that came with it, even though my passion involved coaching and caring for my team.

It wasn’t until I dug deeper and aligned my career with what I valued that I saw the biggest impact.

That’s when I realized that success isn’t found. It’s created when we take the time to look at ourselves and become crystal clear on what makes us stand out.

It’s molded when we discover our strengths and tap into them. Instead of trying to be something we’re not.

It’s crafted by asking ourselves tough questions to better understand our opportunities.

It’s shaped when we identify what we value most in life. And then align our careers and daily lives to those standards.

And it’s put into our hands when we adopt an actionable strategy to implement it all.

Yet, we all have blind spots, you included. So assessing ourselves? That often doesn’t give us the results we’re looking for.

That’s why I made room for my career to evolve into what I’m passionate about — coaching leaders like you to shine a light on those blind spots, focus on strengths, and do the work to achieve peak performance.

What MiraVous clients are saying.

“Maggie's coaching is transformative.  Before her coaching, my effectiveness as a leader was arguably declining as my organization grew in size and success.  Decision-making was sometimes drawn out and stressful. Maggie was able to understand my unique challenges and partner with me on actionable strategies tailored to my strengths. Through coaching, I have found clarity and confidence and have become more efficient and productive in leading my organization. My stress levels are down and I have a more balanced life outside of work as well.”

Meka Egwuekwe, Executive Director

“It's great to have a perspective from someone outside your own company, yet has the C-suite experience to know how to handle most any situation. Maggie helped me gain clarity on who I am, what I stand for, and what I want to accomplish. She has encouraged me to allow others to see my true self and ensure that I build a personal brand that reflects me, both professionally and personally.”
