One to One Coaching
I’ll hold the (metaphorical) mirror while you discover your authentic self and what you truly want. In the first sessions, we’ll meet to get to the root of your goals, strengths, and limiting beliefs through proven coaching methods. Those include techniques, such as Gallup Strengths®, Working Genius®, Positive Intelligence Saboteurs®, the signature MiraVous Values Selection tool, and more. I’ll ask the tough questions, and we’ll figure out what’s working, what’s not, and where you want to go from here.
What you want right now might look different in the future. We’ll partner to develop a customized plan that gives you room to evolve as we walk through the journey together. To drive accountability, we will meet 3-4 times a month to celebrate wins, tackle real-time challenges, and continue to align your goals to what matters most, driving you to make a bigger impact and become a better leader for your company.

Through this customized MiraVous process, I’ll partner with your leadership team to gain the clarity needed to create a win/win strategy and get back on track.
As with all MiraVous offerings, I’ll start by helping each person gain insights about themselves - in this case, in the context of the team dynamic. This will provide each person with objective insights into their communication style, which of their strengths provide the most value, and what might be getting in the way of contributing to a thriving workplace.
Then we’ll be ready to have a more productive discussion when the leaders come together for the mediation or alignment session(s).
In the mediation or alignment session(s), each person will focus on what they can control in the context of honoring their strengths and values while making necessary changes to support the company’s vision and values.
