No matter what you need, know that it all starts with wanting to make a change and doing the work necessary. So, what does that look like for you? I’ll walk you through each service.
One to One Coaching
The One to One Coaching process is designed to help you identify what’s working, what’s not, and achieve your goals. We’ll create a customized plan that aligns with your strengths and development areas to help you make a greater impact with less stress. Over the span of multiple months (6-month minimum), we’ll meet 3-4 times every month. Here’s what we’ll cover:

We’ll get to the root of what makes you, you. While every client is different, this often looks like:
Unearthing your strengths. The key to tapping into your potential.
Identifying your core values. The parts of your life that are most important to you.
Shining a light on your blind spots. You’ll know your areas of opportunity.
Finding out the limiting beliefs that are getting in your way.

We set goals so you can achieve what aligns with what you truly want your career and life to look like.
Then, we’ll customize your plan so you can use everything we’ve established so far to your advantage.

As we dig deeper into the inner work, your goals may change. So, we’ll continue to meet 3-4 times per month to see what’s working for you and what’s not, and evolve your plan accordingly. We’ll discuss your wins, potential challenges, and where you can improve.
Think of me as your accountability partner. I’ll continue gently pushing you toward your goals until you create the career and life you want and deserve.
Custom Team Workshops
Your team may have plenty of potential, but they’re not working as well as you’d like as a team, meeting the company’s goals, or keeping pace with the momentum needed. Or maybe you’re doing good work and you know your team can become even better. But you don’t have the time or expertise to quickly get the team to the next level and on the right track. That’s where I step in with my skills as a certified facilitator, executive coach, and former C-suite executive.
Negotiation Skills Workshop
Designed for teams who want to improve their active listening skills and learn techniques to more effectively manage difficult conversations.
MiraVous Method Workshop
A customized workshop designed to help your team understand what is getting in the way of success and capitalize on their strengths to meet team and company goals. Leveraging a unique combination of methodologies such as Working Genius®, The Five Behaviors®, and Gallup Strengths®, I meet your team where they are to get to the next level.

As a Certified Coach and Facilitator, I will create a highly customized workshop for your team to help them better understand what is getting in the way of peak performance. The team will learn more about their strengths and blind spots- so they can create more impact for the company and themselves.
Tailored to your team’s goals, I’ll teach a new way of thinking about how to thrive and work smarter, utilizing everyone’s strengths and embrace difficult conversations. Using my expertise, I’ll also help you and your team understand blind spots and gaps and how to address them.
I will use select activities to meet the team where they are and increase comprehension and retention of their learnings.

Using my skills as a certified mediator and extensive negotiations training, as well as my experience as a former C-suite executive, I have created a unique hands-on program to increase the skills of your team.
Phase 1: One to One Meeting
I meet with the senior executive to understand the goals and challenges of the team.
Phase 2: Hands-On Training
I facilitate a hands-on workshop. Each team member will develop and hone practical active listening and negotiation skills, including a deep dive on giving effective feedback.
Phase 3: Check-in
A few weeks after the workshop, I’ll send a survey to make sure each participant has implemented their learnings and are well on their way to more successful negotiations.
Workplace Mediation
Having contentious executive relationships without appropriately addressing them is unhealthy — for each leader, their teams, and the organization as a whole. We’ll work together to help you achieve a win/win strategy resulting in improved employee morale, healthier communication, and greater company results.

I’ll meet with each leader separately - to help them gain clarity about their communication style, strengths and blind spots.
The use of objective assessments, coupled with bold coaching conversations, will help provide insights that move the relationships forward more productively and efficiently.

With clear parameters in place, we’ll all come together to discuss the matter at hand. This isn’t a debate about who’s right or wrong. It’s the first step toward sharing each person’s perspective in a safe space and finding a practical solution.
For some teams, this is the last phase of the process, ending in a clear agreement and path forward. However, if the relationship tension has existed for a long period and/or more time is needed, phase 3 may be required.

After the mediated conversation, if a resolution wasn’t accomplished, I’ll meet with the leaders separately to listen to each point of view and propose solutions until we come up with a reasonable solution.
I will work with you to continue to bridge the conversation gap until a successful solution is crafted in writing. The length of time to achieve resolution varies by leadership team, depending on a host of factors.
